Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, all sales are generally considered final.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

The item arrives damaged
The product is defective
The wrong item or size was shipped
The print quality is significantly flawed

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer
Buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
